Note that we do not do emergencies or roadside service. All transports are pre-planned and performed strictly by scheduled appointment slot.
We do have you covered with up to a 100% liability guarantee. Anything that happens to you and your vehicle will be covered while under our care.
A hookup fee deposit is held when submitting your booking and is only processed once Kyle approves your appointment. It is not 100% refundable upon cancellation. However, if you wish to change your appointment, 100% of the hookup fee will be transferred from your initial appointment and you will not be charged.
Photo ID will be needed for arrival and pickup time with some form of proof that the vehicle is indeed yours. If these terms are not met during the appointment, the hookup fee will not be refunded and the services will not be performed.
